As the voice of the customer on the operations team, I help ensure a smooth solar journey for everyone. I'm proud of the system groundwork we've set up to support customers with all their needs. Recently, I worked with our Director of Sales and Marketing to create a framework that supports customers throughout the system's lifetime and beyond. I enjoy helping our local community with their solar projects and all the details that come with it. Looking ahead, I'm excited to keep improving our systems for our customers. Fun fact: I didn't know my real name until 1st grade and got detention for it. My favorite quote is, "To grow you must understand and admit your mistakes" - Charles Leclerc.
