As the Operations Manager at Infinium Solar, I make sure our solar projects run safely and smoothly from start to finish. I love improving our processes to keep everything efficient and our customers happy. One big challenge I tackled was improving communication between our teams and clients, which made projects go better and customers more satisfied. I focus on teamwork and clear communication, helping everyone achieve their energy goals. Outside of work, I stay active in the local community, which helps me understand and meet our clients' needs better.
